We have an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional experiences We are currently seeking a Transfer driver to join our team at Global Ballooning Australia.

**Role Overview**:As a Transfer Driver, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safe and efficient transportation of our valued passengers. Your tasks will include:

- Conducting city hotel pickups.
- Safely driving passengers to the breath-taking Yarra Valley.
- Ensuring a safe and delightful journey for our passengers
- Returning passengers to the city after the flight and breakfast.
- Setting up and packing up of the balloon
- Cleaning and maintenance of vehicles and equipment
- **Light/Medium Rigid license is a Must.**:

- Ability to speak Mandarin/Cantonese is highly desirable.
- Drivers certificates is desirable
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Enjoys early starts
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Punctuality and reliability.
- Enthusiasm and a friendly demeanour
- Must be Physically fit

Hot air ballooning is a captivating yet weather-dependent activity. This means that your work hours may vary from week to week, influenced by two primary factors: weather conditions and passenger numbers.

**Weather Conditions**: Safety is paramount in hot air ballooning, and weather plays a crucial role in determining when flights can take place. Wind speed, cloud cover, and other meteorological factors are carefully considered to ensure safe and enjoyable experiences for passengers. Consequently, your work hours will fluctuate based on the availability of favourable weather conditions.

**Passenger Numbers**: The demand for hot air balloon flights can vary due to factors such as seasons, holidays, and special events. During busy periods when passenger numbers are higher, you may find yourself working more hours to accommodate the increased demand. Conversely, during quieter times, your working hours may be reduced.
