**Join our family in this role**:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Store Manager who understands the unique demands of new and expectant parents.

As our Store Manager, you will:

- be responsible for connecting with customers, meeting store targets, and championing our core values on the shop floor.
- lead a team of superstars, supporting their growth, training, and performance.
- maintain a genuine bond with your staff, listen to them, and build an unbreakable team dynamic.
- ensure all OH&S standards are upheld to keep both staff and customers safe.
- work a Sunday to Thursday Roster

**What you'll bring to the role**:

- To thrive in this role, you'll need previous store management experience (2-3 years) - preferably large format experience.
- You should be a natural communicator and passionate about guiding our customers through our range of brands and products.
- As an empathetic leader, you get a kick out of seeing your team thrive. You must be comfortable inspiring and motivating your team, supporting them to meet targets and KPI's.
