We’re looking for a passionate Motor Product Specialist to help us shape and drive the future of Suncorp’s Motor Insurance products. Sitting within the Consumer Prevention & Protection Portfolio, you’ll work across iconic Australian brands including AAMI, Apia, GIO, Suncorp, Shannons, and Bingle. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to exciting strategic initiatives, like the delivery of our next-generation Digital Insurer - while directly influencing customer experience and portfolio performance.

**What You’ll Do**

As a Motor Product Specialist, you’ll:

- Lead product development initiatives from concept through to implementation
- Analyse market trends, customer needs and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate across diverse teams - Pricing, Claims, Legal, Marketing, Customer Service, to execute high-impact initiatives
- Support design, refinement and execution of our products on Digital Insurer
- Manage product governance tasks including PDS stream requirements and JIRA actions
- Drive continuous improvement across systems, processes, and customer solutions

**What You’ll Bring**

To be successful, you’ll need:

- 5+ years’ experience in insurance, with an understanding of product lifecycles
- Proven capability in product development, customer experience, or portfolio management
- Commercial acumen and strategic thinking
- Conceptual thinking and problem solving skills, particularly in ambiguous scenarios
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Experience navigating complex environments and change in a large organisation
