**About Goodstart Kallangur - Duffield Road West**:
Goodstart Early Learning Child Care Centre Kallangur West - Duffield Road West is located ten minutes from the M1 and walking distance to Kallangur Train Station which makes it easy for families commuting to work in the city.
We strongly believe that early education and care is a time of increasing independence. As children grow and develop they become more able to do things for themselves. They learn to express themselves and to explore their world independently. We will ensure that each child is given the opportunities to develop confidence to explore and make sense of their surroundings.
One of our key roles as an educator is to help children relate to others in a positive and collaborative ways.
Our Educators' base their programs around the children’s individual and collective interests to enable learning to occur at any given time. With age appropriate groupings there is a learning environments for every child from 6 weeks of age right through to school age. Each room hosts facilities for children to never feel like they are missing anything.
As a long standing service in the community we see and value the input we receive from the wider community. We actively invite local community members into the centre and participation in events and activities throughout the year we are able to enrich the learning experience for all involved.

**You’ll need**:
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)

Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards

Current QLDWorking with Children Check
