**Key Responsibilities**
- System Design: Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.
- Project Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of software development projects, from inception through deployment and maintenance.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain software version control systems, and develop automated test scripts to ensure software quality.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for software development processes, algorithms, and system design.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, troubleshooting software issues and providing solutions.

**Skills and Qualifications**

Associate Consultant must possess a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and creativity. Key qualifications and skills include:
**Technical Skills**
- Programming Languages: Proficiency in languages such as Python, Ruby on rail, C++, and SQL.
- Software Development: Knowledge of Angular, React, and Django.
- Nagios tool knowledge and configuration hands on experience.
- Versa knowledge would be an added advantage.
- ITSM process knowledge and P1/P2 handling experience.
- Database Management: Experience with database technologies like MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
- System Architectures: Understanding of various software architectures, including microservices, client-server, and cloud-based solutions, AWS infrastructure and server less.
- Development Tools: Familiarity with integrated development environments (IDEs), version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD, and build tools.

**Interpersonal Skills**
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify, diagnose, and resolve software issues efficiently.
- Time Management: Proficient in managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Educational Requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree: A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is typically required.
- Master’s Degree: Advanced education, such as a master’s degree, can be beneficial for career advancement and specialized roles.
