We are currently expanding our operations and seeking a dedicated and professional Delivery Driver to join our team.

Role Overview:
In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for the collection and delivery of IT and home technology products between customer sites and our central storage depot. You’ll play a vital role in the daily logistics of our operations and serve as an important customer-facing representative of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
Collect IT and consumer electronic products from customer premises and deliver to a storage depot, and vice versa.

Load, unload, and safely handle all items in transit.

Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional conduct at all times.

Collaborate with field engineers by providing on-site assistance when required.

Maintain accurate records of deliveries, collections, and mileage.

Ensure the company vehicle is kept clean, fueled, and in good working order.

Maintain compliance with road safety regulations and company policies.

**Requirements**:
A current and valid Australian Full Driving Licence.

Proven experience in a delivery, courier, or service driver role is highly desirable.

Strong time-management, route planning, and problem-solving skills.

Basic technical aptitude and willingness to learn our internal systems.

Ability to perform basic administrative tasks using a smartphone or tablet.

Customer-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Physically fit and able to lift and carry equipment.

Flexible with working hours - occasional later finishes due to traffic or long-distance trips.
