**Job Title: Factory Hand**

**Company Overview**:
We are a dynamic and fast-growing creative workshop specializing in printing, framing, and custom-made mirrors. Based in Sydney, we are passionate about producing quality products and offering bespoke solutions to our clients.

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Factory Hand to join our factory team. In this role, you will assist in various aspects of production, from material preparation to assembling components, as well as logístical tasks like driving our company van for deliveries within the Sydney area.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation and assembly of components for various projects
- Operate machinery and tools in a safe and efficient manner
- Load and unload materials, goods, and equipment
- Drive the company van to deliver goods to clients within the Sydney area
- Adhere to safety guidelines and company protocols
- Assist in inventory management and organization of workspace
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor

**Qualifications**:

- A valid driver’s license
- Previous experience in a factory setting is preferred but not essential
- Basic understanding of woodworking or metal fabrication is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift heavy items, some of our products can weigh upwards of 30kgs
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Interest in woodworking, metal fabrication, or a related field
- Eager to learn and grow within the company
