What you will do
**In the Editor role, you will**:
Provide high-quality skills in structural editing, content editing and proofreading to support the QCAA in publishing professional content with high levels of consistency and accuracy, in a variety of styles and formats and for a variety of audiences.
Undertake a variety of concurrent projects and tasks at the direction of the Team Leader and in collaboration with stakeholders and clients to meet quality, financial and time specifications.
Perform editing tasks in accordance with any parameters or requirements that have been negotiated between the Team Leader and clients.
Conduct fact checking and 'point of truth' checks to ensure consistency of terminology and messaging across the QCAA.
Use QCAA templates effectively and collaborate with the design team to ensure materials align with the QCAA's 'look and feel'.
Work collaboratively within and across small teams on dedicated projects when required.
Contribute to the Publishing unit's development and implementation of efficient workflow and job-tracking practices.
