YOUR NEW ROLE
Reporting to Senior Leadership, the Area Leader role is responsible for leading multi-site stores across both Metropolitan and Regional areas. Our Area Leaders play a critical role in enabling our teams to be successful, deliver our business strategy and ensure long term sustainable growth for both our people and the business.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Multi-site Retail leadership experience with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role
- Demonstrated track record of successful leading high-performance teams
- Previous experience implementing business & process improvement
- Proven experience meeting commercial targets, identifying efficiencies, and implementing
- business plans to support sustainable business growth
- Commercially astute with ability to drive change and innovation
- Strong stakeholder engagement, collaboration and influencing capability
- Ability to coach and inspire teams and create high levels of engagement
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with teams
- Comfortable to provide feedback and develop others
- Results & solutions oriented
- Maintains a sense of urgency
- Excellent organisational, time-management, and problem resolution skills in a fast-paced, dynamic
- environment
- Ability to reset priorities based on store and business needs
- Enthusiasm, passion, and commitment to the Fantastic Furniture brand
