**Description**:
As an Experienced Brewer at Good Drinks Australia, based in our WA Office, you will play a crucial role within the Operations department, specifically in Production within the Brewery. This is a Permanent - Full Time position, offering an exciting opportunity for a passionate and skilled individual to contribute to our team. Responsibilities:

- Oversee the brewing process from start to finish, ensuring high quality and consistency in all products.
- Manage and maintain brewing equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the production team to develop new recipes and improve existing ones.
- Monitor fermentation, carbonation, and filtration processes to maintain product integrity.
- Implement quality control measures to uphold industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular testing and analysis of raw materials and finished products.
- Maintain accurate records of brewing activities, inventory levels, and quality assurance data.

**Key Requirements**:

- Demonstrable experience as a Brewer within a commercial brewery setting.
- In-depth knowledge of brewing techniques, equipment operation, and recipe formulation.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations related to brewery operations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
