Pick Packers Wanted

Our client, a leading distributer of gift hampers and fruit baskets, is looking for pick/packers to assist their busy team over the Christmas period. This role is seasonal and based on demand, so you may not be required to work every day - flexibility is required. This role would suit a student or someone looking to return to the workforce part-time. Some of your required duties will be:
- Picking a variety of food, drink, and other assorted products
- Arranging goods according to order requests
- Sorting and grading fruit according to quality
- Inspecting finished product to ensure high quality result
- General warehouse duties
In order to be considered for this role, you must possess the following:
- Own transport with the ability to be on site sometimes with **short notice**:
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
- The ability to lift up to 20 kilos
- Available for an immediate start. Start times will vary between 8am-12pm; some flexibility is required.
- Previous experience in a packing role beneficial but not essential
Please understand that this role is _**based on demand **_and you may only be required to work _**1-2 days per week**_.
**Job Type**: Casual
**Salary**: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour
