We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Facilities Administrator for an initial 8-week contract on a Retail asset in Bendigo.

**Responsibilities**:

- The role will be providing comprehensive administrative support to the facilities management team.
- Maintaining records, preparing reports, scheduling meetings, and managing correspondence, work order management, data management, contractor coordination

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in a facilities management setting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
