As a Health & Safety Reporting Analyst, you will be involved in the development, promotion, management and maintenance of all data systems and deliverables to ensure The Star meet its Health and safety strategic objectives. You will run reports and conduct analysis to support business decision making with the intention of improving the health, productivity and wellbeing of our staff.

This is a permanent full-time role in our Brisbane location.

**Key responsibilities in the role are but not limited to**:

- Drive the continuous improvement of the health and safety reporting framework including data collection, analysis and reporting deliverables
- Project manage the implementation of improvement initiatives for The Star Safety Management System including the implementation and maintenance of the digital safety management platform, contractor induction platform, and intranet portal management
- Using Excel, PowerBI and other reporting tools, prepare reports as requested by the General Manager of Health & Safety
- Assist good business decision making by analysing data and providing insightful reporting on performance metrics

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Proven experience in reporting analytics; experience in Health and Safety advantageous
- Experience using digital incident management platforms
- Advanced Excel skills and PowerBI
- High attention to detail and ability to interpret data for reporting
