The Role

We are looking for one Permanant Part Time Learn to Swim Supervisor to join our team.

Your roster would be the following shifts:

- Wednesday afternoon 2:45pm-7:00pm
- Thursday afternoon 3:00pm-7:00pm
- Friday afternoon 3:00pm
- 7.15pm

Times may vary depending on the needs of the business and as our timetable expands.

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Swim School Supervisor who:

- is passionate and enthusiastic about learn to swim and keen to build a career in the swimming industry
- has great customer service skills and uses a positive attitude to foster relationships with children, parents, and staff
- is a leader who is driven to achieve their goals

**Key Accountability**:
As a **Swim School Supervisor at JUMP Glenmore Park,** your key responsibilities will be:

- Having a thorough understanding of the JUMP Swim Schools model, including lesson plans, levels, activities, and operations
- Oversee daily operations of swim programs, including staff management, class scheduling, and facility maintenance.
- Provide guidance and support to swim instructors and ensure adherence to safety protocols
- Achieving KPI targets around set budgets and enrolment numbers
- Proactively driving local area marketing and managing leads and enquiries
- Foster strong relationships with clients to enhance their overall experience.
- Act as the primary point of contact for parents, students, and staff. Address any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

**Skills and Attributes**:

- Outgoing, friendly personality with excellent customer service and engagement skills
- Friendly, helpful, and solution-focused work style
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience, ideally within the swimming/leisure industry; experience working or running a business in an independent role is a plus
- Prior swim teaching experience (experience teaching babies and toddlers is highly desirable)
- Proven ability to achieve targets and KPIs
- The ability to manage any issues with patience and empathy
- Reliable, showing integrity and a willingness to learn
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Required Qualifications**:

- Current First Aid Certificate (Level 2)
- Current CPR Certificate
- National Police Check
- Working with Children Check
- Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety certification or willingness to obtain this
- Pool and Plant Operators certification or willingness to obtain this
- Availability to work afternoon, evenings and weekends
