**Description**:
**Skills and Experiences**:
**Minimum Requirements are**:

- An HR Licence (however HC is preferable)
- Be able to demonstrate suitable experience in plant operation/ spreader operating
- Be prepared to travel throughout Victoria (and possibly interstate)
- Have a focus on maintaining a safe and productive work environment

Experience on a variety of road construction plant and civil construction will be a distinct advantage.
