Due to increased growth, they are now looking to welcome a
**Sales Administrator** to join their North Brisbane operation based in
**Ningi**. You will be responsible for completing administrative duties and supporting the sales team.
**Immediate start **available.
**The Opportunity**:
- Creating, issuing & following up customer invoices and requests.
- Answering in-coming Calls.
- Dealing With customer queries in a timely & professional manner.
- Accurate record keeping and filing.
- General office administration.
- Dealing in basic sales enquiries.
- Supporting the sales team and the business.

**About You**:
- Prior experience in a similar administrative role.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
- Previous experience in accounting advantageous, but not essential
- A high attention to detail.
- The ability to build relationships and work in a team environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to engage well with others, display empathy and maintain confidentiality.
- Fantastic customer service and communication skills.
- Motivation for sales.
