About the role

The Agribusiness Support Officer is in the Operations division which records and actions transactions, prepares customer loan and securities documentation and attends to settlements in an efficient and effective manner. The role of the Documents area is to provide high quality customer service through telephone support services and ongoing account management, preparation of customer loan and security documentation, assist with administrative tasks and reporting functions.

The purpose of the Agribusiness Support Officer (ASO) - Documents role is to assist with the following activities:
High quality customer service through telephone support services and ongoing account management across Australia
Preparation of customer loan and security documentation
Document management and archiving
Build and maintain effective relationships with Government liaisons
Assist with administrative tasks and reporting functions
Developing and maintaining effective relationships with Sales and Distribution staff
Liaise with various stakeholders (internal/external) to ensure seamless end to end loan processing

This is a Permanent Full time position where we are open to all locations - Brisbane, Bendigo, Adelaide, or any location - all will be considered

About you

**You will have**:
A proactive approach to identify customers’ needs where appropriate and providing outstanding value.
The ability to work well within a team environment and able to balance/prioritise own work with that of the team’s activities.
Experience in an administrative, customer service, banking or conveyancing environment where organisational skills, attention to detail and a focus on customer needs is valued.
Knowledge and experience of securities documentation requirements would be desirable but not essential.
An understanding of the Agribusiness environment would be desirable but not essential.
