**The Role**:
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team and work closely with senior leaders across our business. Reporting to the Senior People Business Partner, you’ll play a key role in driving strategic initiatives and delivering impactful people solutions. This position also includes direct leadership responsibility for up to two People Advisors.

As a trusted partner, you’ll influence leadership decisions, implement solutions aligned with business priorities, and support your client groups in navigating change effectively. You’ll be primarily based at our North Lakes and Kawana offices, with flexibility to work from home one day per week once settled into the role.

**Position Accountabilities**:

- Build and maintain trusted business partnerships to deliver effective HR solutions.
- Influence people's decisions and enhance our employer brand through strategic leadership.
- Develop data-driven solutions and policies aligned with business objectives.
- Support change management initiatives and uplift leadership capability.
- Collaborate with the broader People & Culture team to ensure consistent and effective support.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or Law.
- Proven ability to influence and partner with senior leaders in a consultative style.
- Strong generalist HR experience within a fast-paced environment.
- Well-developed analytical skills to provide insights and recommendations.
- Experience coaching and mentoring leaders to build capability.
- Leadership experience of HR staff (desirable).
- Experience in a large, complex organisation (highly desirable).
