Join a fun, collaborative and high performing marketing team as the State Marketing Manager - VIC/WA/SA. This role will identify, lead and execute State and Local Area Marketing opportunities that have genuine influence and impact on restaurant performance.
Working with the broader Marketing team, operations and franchisees to drive upward sales and transaction growth across both individual restaurants and states. Use creativity, innovation and out of the box thinking, while remaining on-brand to deliver year on year sales comp growth.
**You'll enjoy this role if you have**:
- 5+ years marketing experience, preferably in-house brand management experience
- Ability to be agile, hustle and work like a start up in a fast-growing business
- Proven experience in setting, chasing and achieving targets
- Work within a high performing team and manage a direct report
- Ability to take ownership and manage overall state marketing activity to align with national goals
- Holistic marketing mindset with the ability to incorporate digital, social, media, PR and all marketing channels into the strategy
- Must be able to travel regularly. This role requires someone who can be the face of marketing within your focus states
