Bobbie Peels is looking for an experienced FOH supervisor to join our team. We are a growing venue with a sharp focus on quality product, service and culture.

We are looking for an experienced person to take on some responsibilities and leadership within our team. The role is hands on and you will be serving customers as well as helping with operations, ordering stock, some HR and staff management, product training and other tasks depending on your passions and strengths.

We seek a person high in empathy and energy who is energised by a positive customer experience. You will work with our chefs to come up with menus for special events, you will look after regulars and become a part of our growing venue.

We're a flexible workplace, though weekend availability is required. We are happy to consider full time or permanent part time roles as well as a casual starting period as a trial (for both you and us). We are looking for someone to come on board for a potentially long term role - with pay and advancement to match.

Skills and experience that is looked favourably on, but not essential:

- Experience in management or supervisorial roles
- WSET wine education, any levels
- Experience in fine dining or section table service
- Experience with function and event management
- Generally being wonderful
