**Role Overview**: As our Marketing Coordinator, you will be instrumental in piloting growth and expanding our brand presence in a competitive market. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to attract new customers as well as retaining already existing customers. Your innovative ideas and passion for beauty will be crucial in positioning our brand as a leader in the industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Track and report on key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales efforts.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimun 3 years of experience in marketing roles.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques and tools, including SEO, SEM, and analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to adapt to evolving market dynamics.
