Exciting personal banking permanent opportunity at HMAS Cerberus branch with a reputable bank
**Your new company**
This bank is a well established and reputable banking organisation with history dating back to the 1950's. This Australian Bank offers mortgage, consumer and credit loan facilities as well as products and services within superannuation, everyday transactions, savings, term deposits and insurance and are known for their excellent customer service.
**Your new role**
As a Personal Banker you will be based in HMAS Cerberus, working 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.
Some of the day to day responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Providing seamless end to end banking experience
- Making outbound calls to new and prospective members
- Referring mortgage enquires to our mortgage specialist
- Creating meaningful conversation with members by building trust and confidence
- Educating the members to adopt and use digital banking tools
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be considered for this role you will ideally have a strong customer service background. Previous experience within banking or if you have Tier 2 qualifications will be seen as highly desirable.
