**Your new role awaits**

Based at Coates national head office in** Mascot**, you'll be responsible for the delivery of operational performance through the Business Unit transport teams and the key resource for all aspects of TMS utilisation and optimisation within Coates.

Your typical day will focus on:

- Developing and fostering a performance-based culture within a transport or logistics environment
- Driving continuous improvement programs
- Improving data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Measuring and improving service, operational efficiency, cost and revenue quality, customer satisfaction, and TMS utilization
- Conducting root-cause analyses to identify patterns of inefficiencies
- Liaising with BU leaders to provide data driven insights

**What you’ll bring to the role**
- Experience working in a matrix management structure to deliver strategic objectives and operational efficiency.
- Knowledge of TMS functionalities, configurations, and integration with other systems within a transport or logistics environment
- Experience analysing data using Excel and Power BI (or similar) to generate insights and utilising it to drive operational improvements and cost savings
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work remotely with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated experience in change management
