**About the role**

**What you'll do**
- **Oversee labour and forecast planning for the next six weeks.**
- **Enter and publish all team rosters two weeks in advance.**
- **Ensure adherence to payroll processes, including timely and accurate payments, Visa requirements, and the scheduling of first aid and mental health attendants for all hours of operation, seven days a week.**
- **Work with the Site Manager, Enablement & Assurance Manager, and Team Leaders on payroll compliance and roster management.**
- **Complete weekly payroll CSA checks.**
- **Partner with the national payroll team as needed.**
- **Help bring to life a diverse and inclusive culture across all our sites, in a way that is meaningful to our team. By giving them a voice, to tell us what is important to them and how best we can celebrate the many cultures within our teams.**

**What you'll bring**
- **Demonstrated experience in retail leadership roles**
- **Proven ability to coach and develop team members**
- **Experience in leading and implementing change initiatives**
- **Understanding of online order fulfilment processes and systems**
- **Knowledgeable in inventory management, production, and replenishment practices**
- **Experienced in leading and developing diverse teams**
- **Strong written and verbal communication abilities**
- **Effective time management, planning, and organisational tasks**
- **Experience in team member development and engagement**
- **Experience in using computer, digital tools and resources**
