**The Opportunity**

Our Lysaght business is looking for a **Maintenance Planner **to join the **Maintenance Team **based in **Emu Plains**. Made in Australia since 1921, Lysaght manufactures and markets steel building products that have helped shape the nation: from iconic corrugated roofing over Australian homes, to large commercial and industrial projects.

**What Will You Do?**

As the Maintenance Planner, you will:

- supervise the day-to-day management of plant maintenance activities, including planning, organising, execution and review of maintenance performance.
- coach, mentor and develop maintenance personnel in manufacturing excellence principles and process, particularly around root cause and problem analysis and the development and execution of corrective actions.
- respond to the day-to-day availability and reliability issues.
- Develop maintenance plans and strategies to improve reliability of new and existing equipment.
- Conduct root cause analysis on problems as required.

As a maintenance planner, you will have sound leadership experience, work effectively in cross-functional groups, and thrive in a team environment. You will also have:

- demonstrated leadership experience.
- experience in planning maintenance activities.
- experience in a CMMS, MS office suite (excel & word)
- maintenance experience in a heavy industrial environment
