We currently have opportunities for casual Support Worker positions at Perigon Care and Support Solutions.

**Role Description**

Join the Perigon team and provide support to various clients.

Responsibilities include:

- Providing supervision and in-house support to clients.
- Engaging in recreational program duties and activities as needed.
- Assisting clients in developing their daily living skills.
- Facilitating clients' participation in social and community interactions.
- Maintaining accurate and current case notes.

**Requirements**:

- A Certificate III in Individual Support (Aging, Home, and Community).
- Previous experience as a Support Worker working with mental and physical health disabilities.
- Experience working with behaviours of concern would be an advantage.
- Must have a Working with Vulnerable People card, or the ability to get one.
- Must have a National Police Check.
- First Aid Certification required.
- Unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence and must own comprehensive insured car.
- Good communication skills.
- Positive and can-do attitude.

Pay: $32.00 - $41.00 per hour
