Join our dynamic National Safety Team as the Regional Rehabilitation and Return to Work Manager for our Gold Coast facilities - Pindara group and John Flynn Private Hospitals. This is a permanent fulltime role based on the Gold Coast QLD.

This role will see you identify and facilitate injury management activities to assist injured workers with their rehabilitation, optimising recovery outcomes and reducing the impact of injury on the individuals and workplace.

**About you**

**Essential**

- Accreditation, training or significant experience in workplace injury management and rehabilitation

- Demonstrated ability and experience in managing and coordinating the rehabilitation and return to work of injured and ill workers

- Ability to coordinate rehabilitation activities with multiple stakeholders

- Knowledge of contemporary, evidence based, workplace rehabilitation and injury management practices

- Experience in managing workers’ compensation matters

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (listening and negotiation)

- Organisation and time management skills

- Computer literacy, particularly with programs supported by Microsoft Office

**Desirable**

- A tertiary qualification or degree within a health-related discipline

- Previous experience within the health care sector

- Knowledge of Workers’ Compensation legislation, in particular the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988 (SRC Act) - (Comcare Scheme)
