Our community engagers at Northcott - better known** as Sales Development Partner**assists in**growing our customer base. Our **Sales Development Partners** play a vital role in engaging the community and cultivating early relationships with prospective clients.

We’re looking for a **Sales Development Partner/Community Engager**who enjoys connecting with people and making a difference. You’ll work closely with local teams and community groups to share what Northcott offers and help people find the right support. Your role involves understanding community needs, guiding new customers through our services, and building trusting relationships with customers, families, and partners. You’ll collaborate with service teams to ensure everyone feels supported. If you’re friendly, organised, and motivated to help others, this could be a great fit.
