**Workforce Planner (Rostering)**

**Location**: Nowra, Culburra, St Georges Basin & Milton
- **Classification**: Part-Time- If you are passionate and committed to making a positive difference in the lives of older Australians, come and join our fantastic IRT team today.We have two positions available, shifts will be over 7 days during the ours of 05.30-19.00. You will be supporting all our Aged Care centres across the Shoalhaven region as listed above. You will be required to attend each site from time to time.**Perks**:

**What you’ll be doing**:
As a Workforce Planner, you will assist the Workforce Coordinator to effectively roster our employee resources. You will be responsible for the publishing of rosters, processing of employee status changes and employment transactions whilst using your knowledge of interpreting relevant industrial instruments to provide a professional service to our staff.**To be successful you will have**:

- Experience working in administration and providing direct customer service
- Experience in Rostering and/or other similar position (desirable)
- High level skills with Microsoft Office products
- The ability to work across a range of shifts including weekend and varied shift work
