Keyton is on the lookout for an energetic, enthusiastic and experienced administration officer to join the prestigious Harbourside Village team as the Village Administrator. This role is a Permanent Full-Time role working Monday-Friday 9am-5pm onsite at Harbourside Village in Mindarie.- Demonstrated High Competence in office administration tasks is essential- Excellent computer literacy - including the Microsoft Office Suite (word, and excel)- Strong familiarity with general office equipment, phone systems and mobile devices.- Willingness to learn, be challenged and succeed.- Strong written and verbal communication skills tailored to multiple audiences.- Financial Accounting background (desirable)- Events/Marketing/ Hospitality background (desirable but not essential)

Please note: The successful applicant must complete a Police Check, will be required to receive an annual flu vaccination between the months of April-October. For selected roles more physical in nature, pre-employment medical assessments may also be required prior to any employment offers being made.
