**About the Company**

Our client, a leading national provider of workplace rehabilitation services, is currently seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant to join their team in Canberra, ACT.

With over 30 years of experience in the industry, our client is a well-established and respected provider of occupational rehabilitation services.

While prior experience in occupational rehabilitation would be beneficial, our client is also open to speaking with qualified professionals from related fields such as Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Exercise Physiologists who are looking to transition into occupational rehabilitation.

In addition, they provide ongoing professional development opportunities to support their employees in achieving their career objectives. This commitment to employee growth and development ensures that the team is equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to provide top-quality rehabilitation services to their clients.

**What you will be doing**:

- Conducting assessments of worksites, functionalities, ergonomics, equipment, and homes.
- Identifying Return to Work (RTW) barriers
- Coordinating with clients, insurers, medical professionals, and employers to reach outcomes that are suitable for everyone involved.
- Creating, executing, and supervising initiatives that support injured employees in reintegrating into the workforce.

**What you will need**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy
- Full AHPRA registration or ESSA
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
