**About the role**:
As the Quality Assurance Team Lead you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and partnering with the wider water and sewerage infrastructure teams to build capacity and ensure construction activity is completed safely, reliably, efficiently and meets customer expectations.
Leading a team of 5 Contract Inspectors, your team will review construction milestones, engineering reports, inspection and test plans and safety and environmental management plans in relation to water supply and sewerage infrastructure to ensure statutory requirements are met and sound engineering, safety and environmental outcomes are achieved.

- Extensive experience and understanding of the design and construction interfaces.
- Leading and managing quality, safety and environmental audits.
- Contribute to the review of contractors quality, safety and management plans.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to direct reports providing a culture of solution providers
- Extensive knowledge of relevant water and sewerage infrastructure design standards
- Understanding of engineering principles and Quality Assurance processes.
- Extensive knowledge and experience of water and sewerage infrastructure construction techniques.
- A strong safety focus and C Class Drivers Licence.
