**The Opportunity**

We are currently looking for a full-time permanent Civil Leading Hand to join our Major Projects Team, reporting to the Project Supervisor Signalling.

**The Role**

In this role you will be responsible for leading a skilled and experienced team undertaking critical civil operations works on the freight rail infrastructure across our metro and regional network. The role is offered on a Monday-to-Monday roster, 8 days on, 6 days off, based out of our Midland office.

This role will suit an experienced Leading Hand as well as an experienced Operator wanting to make the transition into a more senior role.

**About You**

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Experience working on a civil construction site.
- Experience of leading a small team in the day-to-day operations.
- Experience of operating an excavator (advantageous but not essential).
- A high level of initiative and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to resolve conflict and manage expectations.
- Construction Induction Card (White Card).
- Current Drivers Licence (HR preferred but not essential).
