We are looking for a **Full-Time Team Leader** to lead our passionate team, drive engagement, and help create a high-performing store culture at our Sydney CBD store.

Our store is more than retail: it’s an interactive experience where customers create memorable fashion moments with their loved ones.

THE ROLE:

- Lead and inspire a small retail team, creating an engaging, positive culture
- Support daily store operations, including smooth opening/closing procedures
- Deliver an elevated, personalised customer experience with every interaction
- Drive sales performance and support business KPIs
- Manage stock, visual merchandising, and back-of-house organisation
- Assist with rosters, light administration, and reporting to the founder
- Act as a role model and go-to problem solver on the shop floor

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

- 1+ years’ retail or assistant management experience (fashion or lifestyle preferred)
- A confident leader who can mentor and motivate a team to success
- Customer-focused, enthusiastic, and passionate about personalised fashion
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with POS systems and basic admin tools
- Available to work weekends, peak trading periods, and special events
