**Do you love building a warm and trusting bond with nursery aged children and their families, supporting individual routines and providing a safe nourishing environment for them to explore?**

At Petit ELJ Richmond we are looking for a like-minded **Educator **to join the growing Petit family as we look to open up further occupancy at our centre, within our Nursery room.

Our focus is keeping the children at the centre of everything we do, play based learning approach off children led interests is an integral part of our philosophy. We have a long term leadership team, ready and waiting to offer an abundance of support and future personal and professional development.

We are seeking an inspiring Educator who is experienced and confident in your abilities in guiding and supporting our children’s early years learning. Our Lead Educators receive additional paid planning and programming time, 4 hours per studio per week, which makes all the difference when your room leaders feel supported.

You will find our team highly welcoming, an established centre with long-term Educators and a supportive Centre Director who is an Educational Leader herself at heart, ready to assist in your development.

**About You**
- We are looking for your warm, engaging, and friendly nature aligned to our philosophy where our children are at the heart of everything we do.
- Minimum Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education qualifications (ACECQA equivalent accepted). We are ideally looking for 6 months experience working in early childhood as a minimum, and seeking a highly supportive, welcoming and experienced team where you can flourish.
- Current Working with Children Check
- First Aid Certificate, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
