**About the Role**:
We are looking for a reliable and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Hotel Manager at our charming property in Spring Hill, QLD. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage 77 rooms in Brisbane CBD.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage payments
- Oversee the general upkeep and security of the property
- Assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries
- Address minor maintenance issues or liaise with tradespeople when needed
- Ensure the property is always welcoming and running smoothly
- Clean and prepare guest rooms to a high standard managing your housekeeping staff including their wages
- Maintain cleanliness of communal areas and outdoor spaces
- Monitor and restock housekeeping supplies
- Manage laundry facilities and ensure all linen is organised and prepared
- Network with local business to build customer base
- Connect with local community to ensure a friendly and well known service in the area
- Weekly income and expense report/revenue forecast using the Company template forecast
- Weekly summary of all debit card expenses
- Weekly reconciliation of cash and Float
- Copies of all delivery dockets received from supplier deliveries and invoices received

**About You**:

- Previous experience in hotel management **is essential**:

- RMS knowledge is **essential**:

- Friendly and approachable with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle a variety of tasks
- A practical mindset and willingness to perform light maintenance tasks when required
- Able to start employment ASAP

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus
