**About the brand**:
Our client is a swiss luxury watchmaker scheduled to open a new boutique in the heart of Brisbane CBD's luxury precinct. Synonymous with timeless design each piece is meticulously crafted in house, pioneering technology this brand is known globally for being one of the best in the business.

**About the role**:
We're searching for an experienced luxury Assistant Boutique Manager to lead a team of luxury sales associates in this newly announced boutique. You will be accountable for building a strong CRM database and utilising this to drive sales. Aligning with global standards you will drive profitability and performance in a team of experienced sales associates.

**What you'll need**:

- Previous experience leading a team in a premium/ luxury environment. Fine jewellery is also suitable.
- Passion for watches and timepieces is essential.
- Strong business acumen with exposure to store operations in an international luxury retail environment.
- Immaculate presentation and grooming standards.
