We have an exciting opportunity for a Machine Operator to join the team at our Camellia yeast production site, on a rotating shift pattern.
Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

- Operating machinery safely and efficiently, according to Standard Operating Procedures
- Quality checking of product
- Maintenance and cleaning of machinery
- Manual handling of raw materials
- Palletising and transport of finished goods into warehouse

What will you bring to the role?
The experience and skills listed below are desirable, but by no means essential. The most important attributes we are seeking are a good attitude, a strong work ethic and a desire to learn
- Experience in food manufacturing, ingredient preparation and processing machinery would be an advantage
- A desire to increase your knowledge and skill by learning a new manufacturing process
- Some experience or exposure in alcohol, beer, wine brewing or dairy fermentation would be advantageous but not essential
- Good attention to detail
- A mechanical background and computer proficiency would be highly desirable
