**Description**:

- Opportunity to join the Operations & Student Life team
- Casual base rate $35.26 per hour (Award level 4)
- Afternoon (3pm to 11pm or Night shifts (11am to 7am)

Campus concierge is the first point of contract for matters relating to the safety and security of the campus. As such, the role requires the ability to problem solve and handle emergency situations including critical incidents in accordance with institutional policy and procedures.

As this is a central role, you will have the opportunity liaise with other departments such as Student Services and Student Success Centre.

**Responsibilities include**:

- opening, closing, and locking up around campus.
- assisting accommodation services with arrivals and departures
- ensuring guests and contractors are appropriately signed in and out
- ensuring under 18 students adhere to particular regulations
- handling postage and telephone inquiries
- valet parking;
- supporting the Student Resident Leaders team

**Skills and Experiences**:
**To apply, you should have**:

- A current Working with Children’s Check (WWCC)
- A NSW Driver's License
- First Aid certification
- Ability to adapt to ICMS Fire Warden Safety and WHS Policy and Procedures
- IT skills including Office 365; booking systems (we use RMS Booking System) and CRM (we have Salesforce)
- An understanding the unique dynamics of the private higher education industry; historically, listed premises and Student Residential component.
