**Level 2 - IT Helpdesk Analyst - Full Time**

**Role and Responsibilities**
A full-time Level 2 IT helpdesk analyst is required and will include the following day-to-day activities.
- Desktop support
- Microsoft 365 Administration
- Proactive monitoring and maintenance of systems and services
- RMM management
- RMM automation and development
- Medium Level System Administration
- Network troubleshooting
- Backup audits and monitoring
- Manage IT support incidents/requests/changes
- Logging and updating tickets
- Resolve/escalate incidents/requests
- Provide remote support to customers via remote connection tools
- Diagnose and troubleshoot incidents
- Timesheet logging and submission
**Skills and Requirements**
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Technical experience with desktop support
- Active Directory Management and Administration
- Experience with Virtual Environment Management
- Microsoft 365 Administration and Support
- Microsoft Exchange technologies
- Remote Monitoring and Management experience
- Mac OS X, Any Linux/Unix variants
- Network troubleshooting knowledge
- Router and firewall troubleshooting.
- NAS Solutions (Synology/Other NAS Makers)
**Certifications**
The below certifications are desired however not compulsory
- MS-900
- AZ-900
- SC-900
- CompTIA IT Fundamentals
- CompTIA A+

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
