As a Sales Associate, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our existing client base. While our focus is on both new and existing business opportunities, there's flexibility to specialise down the line.
- Brings 3+ years of sales, account management, or consulting experience
- Demonstrates ownership of the entire sales cycle, from identifying upsell opportunities to nurturing relationships with key stakeholders
- Exhibits strong customer-facing and presentation skills, establishing credibility with executives
- Possesses exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Embraces a positive, empathetic, and energetic demeanour
- Thrives in autonomous and team settings, valuing feedback
- Prior experience in SaaS or strategy consulting is advantageous

**Day-to-Day Responsibilities**:

- Manage a portfolio of accounts proactively, serving as their trusted advisor
- Drive sales growth and develop a robust pipeline
- Lead creative strategies targeting decision-makers
- Navigate the full sales cycle, from identifying expansion opportunities to negotiation and contracting
- Understand clients' needs to craft compelling value propositions
- Become an expert on our platforms, aligning capabilities with customer ROI
- Identify expansion opportunities and execute upsell, add-on, and cross-sell initiatives
- Implement internal promotion programs to foster awareness and drive usage of our products
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful account management and gather customer insights
