FLSmidth is currently recruiting for a Maintenance Planner to join the team for a in Beresfield. To be successful in the role you must have experience planning, developing and monitoring the delivery of preventative maintenance programs to ensure the safe execution of our site service work across the East Coast of Australia.
Job Responsibilities
- Adherence to Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental policies & procedures. Achieving zero incidents.
- Prepare forecast information and reports on Field Service activities in the region
- Preparation of budget estimates and schedules to complete the works, determining manning requirements.
- Formulating tooling and equipment requirements and obtaining quotations/availability and delivery.
- Collating components required to complete the works and ensuring they are available in the timescale required either through spares held on site or making alternative arrangements through company spares departments.
- Develop job prioritization in the region based on repeat orders and FLSmidth overall priorities
- Assist Regional coordinators and Contract stakeholders in compiling reports as required to fulfil the obligations/ requirements agreed upon in service contracts.
- Responsible for receiving initial job enquiries, documenting the enquiry and creating contacts.
- Closing out each job one all invoicing and necessary paperwork/follow up is complete
- Assist in the review of contract terms
- Actively working to continually improve field service process and procedures
- Negotiations within level of Authority matrix
What you bring
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively negotiate.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities,
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Excellent record keeping and documentation skills
- Ability to work within company guidelines and procedures
- Ability to take responsibility and expand the role to assist field service performance.
- Provide excellent customer satisfaction by way of job efficiency and documentation.
