The role
The HR Advisor - Co-Curricular is responsible for providing efficient and effective support to the Co-Curricular team, with a specific focus on the drafting of casual employment contracts and onboarding. This role is part of the Human Resources Team and requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality while supporting the College’s mission and values. This 12 month opportunity would suit a professional looking to work shorter hours, 5 days per week. Start and finish times are flexible.

You will demonstrate the following attributes and capabilities:
- Degree or diploma level qualifications in Human Resources or a similar field
- Previous experience in administration, preferably within an educational setting
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Previous customer service experience is desirable
- Willingness to support and promote the ethos and values of the College
