Greencross Kenmore, a leading veterinary clinic committed to providing exceptional care to pets, is currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Receptionist. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about animals and enjoys delivering outstanding service to our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients and their pets with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and assist with general inquiries
- Manage the reception area, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment
- Process payments and handle billing inquiries
- Liaise with veterinary staff to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain accurate client records and information
- Handle administrative tasks as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a customer service or reception role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with basic office software
- A genuine love for animals and a commitment to their well-being
- Flexibility to work 36 hours per week, including every 2nd Saturday

**Working Hours**:

- 36 hours per week
- Shifts may vary and include every 2nd Saturday
