**How will I help?**
Reporting to the Program Director, the Program Manager will be responsible for working as part of the Consumer Mortgages Line of Business (LOB) Transformation team to deliver scope for the Economic and Financial Statistics (EFS) Program.
- Key Responsibilities Include: _
- Responsible for full end to end delivery including project planning and financial management of projects up to $10ml
- Establishing/ uplifting project plans, resource profiles, cadence, governance, and delivery profiles while producing clear and consistent reporting of progress, challenges, and opportunities
- Working with Service Owners to ensure that initiatives are planned into the forward release schedule over the next 12-18 months, and identifying opportunities for economics of scale and initiative alignment across the LOB/ Group initiatives
- Building the Chief Transformation Office/ Tech team into a centre of excellence through both retention of knowledge and resources, as well as being part of creating progression opportunities and a culture of delivery
- Working with the Business and Change teams to carefully plan the pilot and handover of processes and technology to the Business

**What do I need?**
- 7+ years’ experience working with medium/ large programs or projects across multiple streams with severable end deliverables in a banking or financial services organisation
- 5+ experience working in large and complex organisations with a minimum of 3 years at a Senior Project Manager level
- Demonstrated the ability to understand differing business practices that exist within large banking or financial organisations and be able to manage diverse stakeholder expectations in the delivery of business strategies and objectives
- Knowledge of Data Platforms, reporting and multi-stream project management
- Successfully leading and delivering medium/ large programs or projects with
- Knowledge and track record of both business and IT delivery
