About City Cave and the job:_
We are part of a fast-growing Australia and NZ wide franchise of nearly 40 locations. City Cave is a multi-service wellness centre that offers our customers an escape from the overstimulated world we live in to find their journey of health. Promoting preventive and proactive services like **floatation therapy, infrared saunas, and massage therapy.**

We are seeking a hard working individual to assist in operating our wellness centre.
- Some of the things you’ll be doing are:_
- Customer service (our number one priority, along with customer experience)
- Booking system management, phone bookings, sales calls
- Preparing and dressing rooms for customers
- Centre tidiness and cleaning
- Key skills/values we are looking for are:_
- GREAT interpersonal skills & empathy (with a heart for serving others)
- Genuine interest in people, health and wellness
- Ability to work alone and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
- Booking system, CRM, admin and point of sale. Not essential, but very helpful
- Looking to progress (not essential)
- Must be available nights and weekends
