**Key Responsibilities:
**(Administration)
- Drafting a range of documents such as policy advice, reports, briefs, agenda

papers, minutes and correspondence, for a broad range of audiences;
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders and managing projects

collaboratively, including organisations, other government agencies and expert
advisory groups;
- Developing appropriate systems, procedures and controls to enhance the

accuracy, timeliness and presentation of workflow within the group;
- Providing advice, organising, scheduling and coordinating accommodation and

supporting documentation;
- Undertaking filing and records management functions ensuring records are

accurate, complete and are managed in accordance with departmental policy;
- Assessing and prioritising correspondence and delegating as appropriate within

the division to ensure timely and effective business operations;
- Coordinating divisional administrative tasks (e.g recruitment, property and

accommodation)

- Assisting with the development, implementation, and evaluation of high profile

national health policies, legislation, programs and projects and related grand
opportunities;
- Contributing to policy and/or program development advice on policy and/or

program issues;
- Managing relationships with internal stakeholders;
- Drafting a range of documents such as policy advice, reports, briefs, minutes and
