**What are we looking for?**
- Experience and passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, in a hospitality or retail environment
- A willingness to learn about and sell produce requiring specialist knowledge
- Warm and authentic communication skills
- Generosity of spirit - honest, kind, giving and positive
- Inquisitive, imaginative and curious
- Experience as a Barista is desirable
