**Programmed Skilled Workforce** are looking for Laboratory Analyst for a role based in South Geelong, Victoria. Our client is a national award-winning beverage company with excellent workplace culture.

This role is casual, 5 days per week on a rotating roster (Day & Afternoon)
- Proven Laboratory experience, ideally with a background of Microbiology or Chemistry.
- Be willing to be flexible with availability and shifts.
- Have the capacity to work within small and large teams.
- Ability to stick to stringent Safety and Quality processes.
- Testing of in-process and finished product samples in compliance with documented procedures and requirements
- Perform general laboratory duties including (but not limited to), cleaning, preparation of reference cultures, completing paperwork,
- Register samples and results in SAP
- Sub-sampling
- Understand and analyse data
- Good verbal and written reporting
- Operate instrumentation and equipment in a safe manner following approved procedures and ensure calibration and/or equipment checks are current.
