**Position Descriptor**:
Provide high level leadership to the Year 9 and 10 teams to ensure an effective team approach is implemented, improving teaching and learning practice, behaviour management and student wellbeing, using student agency to strengthen student connections and belonging to school life, that address issues of engagement, attendance, participation and positive learning, informed by qualitative and quantitative data. You'll contribute to the overall leadership and management of the school, as a member of the executive, leadership and Year 9/10 team. The role requires
collaboration with the DP, leaders and teachers to enhance pedagogical practice through a documented curriculum and framework that ensures effective learning for all students in accordance with the Australian Curriculum, SACE and the impending SA Curriculum. The role will also require collaboration with the DP, leaders and to design and deliver whole school professional learning in line with site priorities and needs.
